Reformation sale:
I would write an entire blog post all about the wallet but I’ll spare my readers - in short, it’s as perfect as I expected. I went back and forth between the clean matte black and the mint blue textured suede, finally settling on matte black and couldn’t be happier with my decision! Although it’s typically worn like a necklace, I prefer to wear it cross body.
‘Boldly Bare’ was my very first and very well-loved lip liner shade from MAC so, for me, it is associated with fond memories experimenting with makeup as a teenager. I have been looking for a more natural shade and the reddish brown tones in this lip liner are exactly what I’ve been looking for. ‘Cookie Dough’ is a seasonal, vegan lip scrub from LUSH that is arguably my favorite and most-awaited product of the holiday season - featured ingredients include castor sugar, shea butter, jojoba oil, and cocoa powder. Every LUSH lip scrub I have tried is great and works very well but this scent is too good, making the wait until next holiday all the more excruciating.
Reformation’s huge end-of-year annual sale was almost too stressful to navigate with nearly everything marked up to 70% off. I narrowed down my search to a few pieces and I’m loving them all so far, especially the mint/lime color of the shorts and sandals which I’ve been particularly obsessed with recently. The Rae one piece is a classic black staple that will hopefully get a lot of use in the warmer months. Probably the best time to get a swimsuit is in the winter; there are back to back sales and you’ll be prepared for summer way ahead of time.
This is my first post of 2021! I want to share four words I saw first in a random word puzzle posted on someone’s Instagram story that supposedly will define this year for me:
Miracle
Alignment
Strength
Love
